Application SetupThe school defines the "Assessments", "Metrics" and the "Rubrics" for each metric. Students are uploaded into the system and then parents start entering daily surveys for each of their children. The most important part of this process is that parents are given recommendations before their children come to school. It is best for the school if students with symptoms be kept home, and best for the parent to make that decision based on the metrics. |
Parent AccessParent and student users can access the system using a desktop computer, tablet or phone with a web browser. They visit the school's metrics web site, login, perform a daily survey, and decide whether or not to attend school based on the assessment score. Freeing up the school administration from the responsibility of managing student attendance when symptomatic. |
Administration AccessAdministrative users can view detailed metrics by date, range of dates, by groups of students (classes or cohorts), individual students, and the view can be details or a summary. This will allow administrators to quickly identify changes in student health and potentially prevent outbreaks in school. |
Peace of MindThis system will give all parties peace of mind, knowing that the school is doing it's best to protect staff and students. |
